Ok soooo… now what?
Now it’s time to cook up those sweet, delicious sausages and get to your true goal: a delectable and divine meat experience. Here are five of the best ways to cook up the sausages:
**make sure to fully thaw all sausages before cooking.
Bake In The Oven: (the easiest method)
Preheat oven to 350*. Cook the sausages on one side for seven minutes, then flip over and cook the other side for seven minutes. For larger diameter sausages such as brats or kielbasa, give them an additional minute or two on each side.
**Bonus serving suggestion: We love this in a hot dog bun with some sauteed onions and mustard!
BBQ On The Grill:
Fire up that grill! We recommend poaching the sausages first to keep them plump
and juicy, and then finishing them on the grill. Whatever you do - DO NOT
**Bonus serving suggestion: You’ve already fired up the grill, so add some whole
Peppers, onions, and whole garlic bulbs and grill until the skin starts peeling.
Serve alongside the whole sausages.
Sauté: (best for firmer sausages)
No grill? No problem-o! Preheat a skillet with oil. Slice up the sausages and sauté until a little golden brown either side.
**Bonus serving suggestion: Boil up some potatoes and toss in the pan with Finished sausages slices, halved roma tomatoes, and onion. You’ll thank us later!
Crumble and Pan-Fry:
This is one of the quickest ways to cook your sausages and the most versatile! Remove the casings of the sausages and crumble into a preheated pan and fry until golden brown.
**Bonus serving suggestion: You can add the crumbled meat into literally almost anything. We recommend adding to a delicious ragu sauce for pasta or making a great breakfast stir-fry with eggs.
This way can add more flavor than what is already stuffed inside thesausage.
Add a beer of your choice (we of course recommendFlying Dog) to the skillet, making sure to fully cover the sausages. Add sliced onions and garlic. Simmer until fully cooked.

Some potato salad and coleslaw for a refreshing and light meal.
