Add italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Top with ½ cup of shredded Italian cheese. Spoon the cooked sausage mixture into topless and seedless red or green peppers, and bake for about 10 minutes. Top with some more cheese and VOILA… dinner is served!
