A twist on our traditional Butifarra, this version is made with the addition of Spanish Valdeon Blue Cheese. Because of the simplicity of the recipe, the blue cheese mellows and blends beautifully with the Duroc pork, French sea salt, and Tellicherry black pepper. Try it with linguine for an easy entree, or stuffed in dates as an update on the classic appetizer.
