Return Policy

We aim to provide the best experience for every one of our customers. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Fulfillment and Weekend Deliveries. Orders are shipped FedEx Ground, Overnight, or 2-Day, depending on your location. Orders must be received by 12pm EST Thursday of each week to ensure delivery the same week. Because FedEx does not move packages on Sundays, if we determine that your shipment won’t arrive by Saturday, we will ship it the following Monday. That way your MeatCrafters products don’t spoil in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

No P.O. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or International addresses.

Refunds and Replacements Due to our robust and stringent food safety policies and procedures, and the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 5 business days of the receipt your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

Ordering Policy Orders can be placed 24 hours a day on www.meatcrafters.com. For security purposes, we do not accept orders via email or telephone.

Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Once a shipping label has been applied to your order, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation.

Handling and Freshness All products shipped from Meat Crafters are shipped from our warehouse in Landover, MD, using insulated shipping boxes and specially formulated ice packs whenever necessary. The insulated shipping boxes can be reused (they’re great for transporting our products to the next tailgate or on your next road trip) and the ice packs can be refrozen and reused as well.

We must be informed if you receive spoiled product within 48 hours of receipt of your order. After 48 hours we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements. Other defects must be reported within 5 business days from receipt of order. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients.
