The blend of beef with pork fat keeps things heart-healthy and lean without sacrificing that rich, deep flavor.
Pro-tip: for an alternative to sausages on the grill, try removing the casings (just slice and peel). Brown in a sauté pan or saucepan over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, breaking the sausage into smaller bits with a wooden spoon. Add to eggs in the morning, make an outrageously delicious pasta sauce, stuff in a bell pepper, etc. The options are limitless!
