EPIC Curing's Naked Bacon

EPIC Curing's bacon is sometimes best enjoyed naked on its own, so you can enjoy the simple pleasure of pork belly and smoke. We take Vande Rose all-natural and free range pork, cure it for a week in our spice blend and then smoke it low and slow. Naked Bacon makes a great base for breakfast, adding to other dishes or eating by the truck-full watching football. Duroc Pork Belly, maple syrup, brown sugar, salt, spices, sodium nitrite (less than 1%). 16 oz. of thick-cut bacon.
