Our unsliced Roast Beef is for: 1) anyone with a meat slicer just aching to be used (although you can always thin-slice with a sharp carving knife); 2) anyone with a vacuum sealer/ cryovac who loves the idea of DIY slicing, then re-freezing; 3) anyone who lives with hungry people, in which case no worries on slicers or cryovacs, just get out a sharp knife, slice it up, and watch it disappear!
Our 1-lb packs of sliced Roast Beef are ready-to-roll. Thaw overnight in the fridge, and you've got delectation in a packet. Most folks get 4 sandwiches out of a pack, but we won't tell anyone if you're a half-pound Dagwood sandwich hog. This is your sandwich. You do you.
