Our 7oz packs of sliced Roast Beef are fully cooked and ready to roll. Thaw overnight in the fridge, and you've got delectation in a packet. Bring to room temperature and pat dry. Most folks get about 2 sandwiches out of a pack, but we won't tell anyone if you're a 7oz Dagwood sandwich style roast beefer. This is your sandwich. You do you.
